You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
We will ONLY offer store credit for any merchandise returned. Our store inventory is constantly changing, so please make sure you purchase the correct size. I will post size charts or let you guys know when an item is not true to size. I often add to the description if a shirt runs large or small. I want everyone to be satisfied with their purchase, so let’s make sure you get the right size. Bags will have the material and dimensions posted on the listing. You have 10 days from receipt to return your item(s) for an exchange (if available) or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for shipping an item back to us.
At this time, we only offer store credit for any returns.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us or if you do not receive it due to an incorrect address. If your items have to be shipped a second time you WILL be charged another shipping fee.
